"Dinosaur Brand Jasmine Rice" originated from the passion and dedication of a rice miller's descendant from Yasothon Province, who envisioned giving Thai people access to the highest quality Jasmine rice. To achieve this, only paddy rice from the country’s finest cultivation sources is selected. The rice is then stored in temperature-controlled silos to preserve its premium quality and signature rich aroma.

Before packaging, the paddy undergoes a meticulously controlled milling and selection process, giving rise to "Dinosaur Brand Jasmine Rice"—a household name for premium quality that Thais have trusted for generations.

We offer both New Crop Jasmine Rice and Aged Jasmine Rice, each featuring a unique texture and requiring different water ratios for cooking:

• New Crop Jasmine Rice: Retains its natural rice starch, resulting in a sticky, soft, and fragrant texture. It requires less water: 1 part rice to 1-1.2 parts water.

• Aged Jasmine Rice: Delivers a fragrant, soft texture where the grains separate beautifully and expand more than the new crop. It requires 1 part rice to 1.25-1.5 parts water (adjust according to your preference).
